In case you have concluded a Contract for Work with us or are in negotiations with our company with a view to concluding a Contract for Work (e.g. you request the processing of a quotation or a survey, a survey or consultation has been carried out directly at your premises, etc.), we process the following categories of personal data that you have communicated to us or that we have obtained from publicly accessible registers:

If you provide us with personal data for a purpose other than those mentioned above (e.g. sending us an enquiry that does not concern our products or an existing contract, via a form on the website, etc.), the personal data provided in this way and its possible processing will be assessed individually and we will inform you of the processing. We process personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of the processing, however, without disclosing the above personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract for work or make a purchase via the e-shop.
3. Sources of personal data
We obtain personal data directly from you if you are the person who has entered into a contract with us, are conducting negotiations with us to conclude a contract or are making a purchase through the e-shop. Another source may also be publicly accessible registers (insolvency register, trade register, VAT register). SECUM Doors s.r.o. also uses personal data obtained through third parties - internet service providers. For more information on these sources, please refer to point 5 of this Declaration.

5. Processing of personal data when visiting websites operated by SECUM Doors s.r.o.
In order to optimize the services and save your time, the websites belonging to SECUM Doors s.r.o. and the online services associated with them use so-called cookies, which are small amounts of data that allow the recognition of the visitor's device when visiting the website again. Cookies remember, for example, your preferred language, currency, login email, completed forms or other small settings in the client administration. When you first open our website, you will always be informed about the use of cookies and you have the option to decide whether or not to give your consent. You can also directly adjust your web browser settings for each website, where you can restrict or completely block cookies. All modern browsers automatically set cookies as active by default unless otherwise selected. If cookies are enabled in the browser, this is considered to be consent to the storage of cookies.

6. Period of storage of personal data
We store your personal data only for the necessary period of time and archive it in accordance with the statutory time limits imposed by law.
We process personal data processed in the context of providing a quotation where no contract has yet been concluded for a period of one year. After this period, quotations are anonymised (all personal data is deleted) and only the quotation number is used for identification.
We process personal data processed in connection with the conclusion of the Work Contract and its performance for the duration of the contractual relationship that allows us to process your personal data, i.e. for the duration of the warranty period for the products and services supplied under this Work Contract.
The duration of the processing of personal data collected during visits to the website is set out in paragraph 5 of this declaration.
After the loss of the lawful reason, we will delete the relevant personal data unless we have no other lawful reason for processing it or you have given us your consent to the processing.
In the event that we process personal data on the basis of consent, the storage period of the personal data is indicated directly in the text of the consent, which we will always inform you of in advance.
7. Who we provide your personal data to
We only ever provide the personal data we collect to third parties to the extent strictly necessary and only in connection with the stated purpose of processing. When concluding and executing a contract, these are primarily our suppliers in the context of the supply of materials and products, suppliers of masonry work, as well as, for example, a tax advisor, auditor, lawyer, etc., with whom we have concluded a contract for the processing of personal data.
The personal data collected via the website is stored on the servers of the companies mentioned in paragraph 5 of this declaration.
We store the processed personal data for the necessary period of time on our own servers or in our archives; we do not use the services of third parties for any archiving.
8. Transfer of personal data to third countries
We process personal data only in the Czech Republic or in EU member states. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU.
9. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed. If personal data is being processed, you have the right to request a copy of that personal data. These copies of personal data may be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format.
Right to rectification of personal data
If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or complete it.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request that we erase personal data relating to you without undue delay, but only if any of the following reasons apply:

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in this case is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (ÚOOÚ), Plk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague.
10. How you can exercise your rights

130 00 Prague In order to protect your personal data and to prevent information from being disclosed to an unauthorized person, in case of doubt we are entitled to ask you for proof of identity.
We will process your request within 30 days, during which time we will provide you with the required information, inform you about the measures taken or the reasons for rejecting your request. In the event that processing the request will be difficult or due to a high number of requests, we will not be able to meet the deadline, we can extend the stated deadline by up to two months. We will inform you about the extension and the reason for it during the said period.
If we do not comply with your request or objection, we are required to provide a reason. If you do not agree with our decision, you have the right to file a complaint about the way your request or objection was handled with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (ÚOOÚ), Plk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague.
We are obliged to provide information about the processing of your personal data, requests, submissions and objections free of charge.
However, we are entitled to impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs associated with providing the required information or performing the required actions, but only in the case where the request is clearly unreasonable or unreasonable, especially in the case of repeated requests. In these cases, we are entitled to refuse to comply with the request.
